no really an interview if your a cna your hired they dont really care about your history because they need help so bad , so i had no interview just have a certification

Easy, informative. Marvin does, or used to, do interviews and he is a very nice person. Makes you comfortable. Asked the standard questions. Very relaxed. Marvin is a great guy and has a huge heart, but also is very picky about the residents and how they are cared for. Which is how every facility should be, but unfortunately it's not.
