Phone Interview was very straight forward - talking about my own background and previous work experiences. I asked some questions about corporate culture, growth in the company, etc. In person interview wasn't very different. I met with 3 people (a new-ish hire, a working actuary, and a department head) who asked similar things about myself and answered my questions. Nothing particularly interesting, and underwhelming if anything.
