In 2021, we formed a joint venture with SSM Health, and through that invested in Dean Health Plan, including the Prevea360 brand. Medica and Dean Health Plan have significant similarities in our histories, operations, cultures, and deep community commitment. Our relationship is driven by technology, a shared mission-driven vision, and innovation. Together we have an even greater opportunity to support the health care needs of members and patients, and to further enhance our provider relationships.
In 2026, we welcomed former UCare members, reinforcing our commitment as a nonprofit, community-focused health plan and long history of serving members in Minnesota. We continue to be guided by our mission and trusted relationships with providers, customers and members.
We look a lot different today than in 1975. We serve more than 1.73 million people. We partner with dozens of health care systems. We do business in 8 states.
But our relationship with our members? It's still one to one.
