Two interviews and I was offered the position. Met with the same people twice which didn’t make any sense to me. Had to take a written test with questions that had no relevance to the position

Gave some test questions at second interview and for third interview I did a power point presentation. Sat with several hiring managers in a group conference room. It was a seemless and great experience. Be prepared and be confident presenting to an audience

Very long interview process. 3 separate interviews until an offer was given. A presentation was required during the second interview. I found this silly and a waste of time. No questions or critique was even provided in regards to the presentation.
Primary interview, presentation interview with writing sample. The first interview is with recruiting then with the group you might work for in the company. The writing sample is of a basic question like, describe your favorite season and why?
