Interview
Long process. First a brief phone interview, in which a coding text was scheduled. The test was in their preparatory language, which is a weird one. I took the test about 2 weeks later. A few weeks after that I was invited for another interview, which is coming up. The whole process isn't over, but I applied in October, and It's now January.

Consists of an initial phone interview and coding assessment in their programming language, and team interview. It’s a pretty straightforward process that is explained thoroughly during the first conversation. No complaints.
General panel interview with current employees as well as test of programming ability using their proprietary programming language. Some brain teasers, but nothing that would have required a lot of intense preparation

Straight forward. Quick turn around to offer and start date. Meditech uses a proprietary programming language, so there is not the expectation that you know the language before you start. Training is provided.
