I did a first interview which was to test you on how well you can learn their coding language. Before that they called me for a per-screen and ask the basic questions like what I knew about the company, why I was interested, the location I was open to, etc.

Consists of an initial phone interview and coding assessment in their programming language, and team interview. It’s a pretty straightforward process that is explained thoroughly during the first conversation. No complaints.
General panel interview with current employees as well as test of programming ability using their proprietary programming language. Some brain teasers, but nothing that would have required a lot of intense preparation
