The first interview was very pleasant experience, I have yet to go through the second round. I received a lot of information about the program itself, as well as the different opportunities and units at MSK. I applied in January and heard back for the first interview mid march. In the first interview they asked more broad and typical nursing interview questions. In the second interview I did mid April, one of the nurse leader asked personal questions. She wanted to get to know me and asked what I would bring to the floor if I was hired as a CAP.
