Got an initial interview with the Recruiter over the phone. It was general questions about profile etc. Then I had a skype interview and later and onsite interview. It was all about my work and what they are doing. Later I had a call with the HR about Salary Negotiation. They offered me 10k euros less than my current salary and 20k less than my expected salary. When I tried to negotiate the HR (not the recruiter)as well as the Hiring manager behaved as if I am asking for their head. After making an offer during negotiations the Manager decided not to make an offer. Wasted my time taken for interviews and one full day of Stuttgart. If you can't afford simply ask the recruiter to reject in the first round. Don't waste other people's time!
