Initially there were 4 or 5 separate online tests of mathematical skills, analytical skills, verbal reasoning etc. The last step of the interview was online interview without interviewer. The process included a standardized set of questions, a small amount of time to prepare, and then - one possibility to record answer to each question.

Tell about a situation when you demonstrated leadership experience?
I had two interviews with the direct manager and another one focused on assessing technical knowledge. The time spent was about 2 hours. Overall, the process was smooth and very straightforward.

Nach Vorstellrunde, direkte Fragen gestellt. Alles sehr fair und auf Augenhöhe. Es handelt sich um Standardfragen, es wurde tiefer nach dem technischen Verständnis gefragt und das hat schon so gepasst. Die Gesprächspartner und innen waren nett und es hat alles gut geklappt
