I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz Group (Beijing, Beijing) in Jul 2015
Interview
Friendly interview with manager and team members. They read my resume and ask questions followed my resume. Only 10 mins about profession questions and about 1 hour keep asking my attitude towards job or life... They asked if I was a self-comfidence, how to solve team word, if I was good at planing, how long is the business trip I can accept, if I can work over time
This onsite interview is followed by a 1-month-ago phone interview and I accept another assessment center 2 month later. Actually they told me they transfered my resume to other HR for following interviews but I got feedback 2 monthes later. It takes a very long time to wait the interviews from Daimler which makes me mad.
