Direct contact with the hiring engineer. The conversation was really nice. Asked a lot of questions about my motivations and past experiences. Gave me direct feedback at the end of the conversation that he is going to give me the position.

Asked a lot of questions about my motivations and past experiences. We really was interested in the why´s of my decisions.
Es gab ein sehr nettes Telefoninterview zum Kennenlernen, wenig fachlicher Austausch. Am nächsten Tag kam bereits eine Rückmeldung. Das Gespräch dauerte ca. 30 Minuten und ging hauptsächlich um die Tätigkeiten und meinen Werdegang.
