Interview
I applied online and was emailed for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview went into my background including periods of time when I wasn't working. After the phone interview I was told that someone would call and set up an in person interview which I had about a week later.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you helped someone with a complex issue or problem.
Very quick process. I applied to the position, and the next day received an email telling me to do the video interview. The video interview wasn’t that bad, you just answer questions to prerecorded questions by an employee. The next day, I got an email asking to schedule a panel interview. Scheduled it, very relaxing interview. The atmosphere was great and the people were so nice. I was supposed to have 3 people in my interview, but ended up only having one person for most of the time, then an additional person came in. 95% of the questions were “tell me about a time when...” An hour later, a recruiter called me offering me the job. I wish the salary would’ve been higher, otherwise I would have accepted the offer.

Then I got a call to come in to meet with a manager. It was very professional. I met for about 40 minutes with a supervisor who was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions
