Das Erstgespräch wurde telefonisch mit HR durchgeführt um die ausgeschriebene Stelle zu beschreiben und den Lebenslauf durchzugehen. Danach folgte ein Gespräch mit HR und Hiring Manager vor Ort, kurz über die Stelle selber, danach über administrative Themen. Die Zusage kam kurz darauf telefonisch.

The process took around 3 months from start to finish. HR interview, followed by 2 separate Hiring Manager interviews, and a full day of presentation plus interviews with the team.

Got interview through LinkedIn by recruiter. Had to send in video interviews on why I fit the role. Easy process and now got offered interview through teams which waiting for.
