I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercy Health (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2009
Interview
Beginning of the process was great. Communication was very good. I had applied for 2 different positions and was an employee referral. One-on-one interview was good - office is very nice and culture seemed very team-oriented. Next was phone interview with remote person. I felt that that person's mind was already made up. I think they weigh healthcare experience extremely highly, and I did not have much.

Interview
Had one on site interview. The person interviewing me was not prepared for the interview. Never read my resume, didn't even have a copy my resume. I definitely was qualified for the position, but what can you do if it seems like a 1way street?
Of course I followed up as a proper etiquette but not a single reply from anyone in 2 months.
Recently an internal recruiter reached out to me about the same position.

Question 1
General questions regarding what to expect.
Had no issues with any questions. Straight forward and none of them "Tell me why do you want to work here" insanity questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercy Health (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2013
Interview
Contacted through campus recruiting. First a phone interview with the firing manager, followed by a web ex session with the team leads. Third was the on-site interview. Pretty basic questions. Overall a good experience.
