Interview
Worse interview ever, full of confirmation bias. Was shamed and gaslighted by grant supervisor. Deficiency based perspective about candidates qualified for the job, says a lot about how they treat workers. Recruiter also laughed when I told him I had a preferred name that I had already listed on my resume.
Currently Zoom for first interview, not sure what next steps are as of right now but I am hopeful it will be in person. I still have to partake in the interview so fingers are crossed as I have heard great and positive things about the company.
