Received a call from HR. Talked with her for just a few minutes and she set up an appointment for me to meet with the department director and the chargemaster manager. We had a pleasant talk. They were very congenial. My problem was this was November and I would not be available until February due to covering for someone on maternity leave. It wasn't optimal, but they said they would wait until after the holidays and we would talk again. I had an in person interview at the hospital with the Director and then the other Financial Analysts. I was very honest about my life/work balance needs and they were honest as well. I received an offer that afternoon from HR. Truly a pleasant experience.
