Mercyhealth interview questions

I was already employed by the Health System working in another Division. I met with the Director of Hospice for face to face interview for about 45 minutes. The Dir. kept me waiting 20 minutes and then spent a good deal of the interview talking about personal issues that occurred in her life. When it came to for me to ask questions, she cut me off stating she was out of time. Two days later, the HR rep. called and made me an offer. I accepted the offer and my current boss spoke with the Hospice Dir. and a date for me start at hospice was determined and I was informed of it.
