Quick phone interview with HR, then onsite interview with managers. I was overqualified for the job, so the interview was fairly short and low stress. They were looking for more entry level sales reps that would step into a territory that had already been cherry picked by senior reps. We mutually decided that I was not a good fit for this opportunity due to my level of experience.
