Interview
After submitting my application, I was called for a phone screening. Then, an in person interview was set up with my future boss, and her boss at their HQ in Golden Valley, MN. I then had an interview with the two of them, (1:2 style) and was later contacted for a final interview. The final interview/meeting was at the house I would be running, and to show me around and find out what I thought about the place.
