Interview
Part of a job fair. Long wait with too few interviewers. Informational video was repetitive and more irritating that helpful. Interviewers were personable. Not as well organized as would have liked.

Interview
Found the position on Linkedin and was contacted a month later by a recruiter for a 30-minute phone screening. Recruiter was extremely nice, professional, and caring with sending me text updates about my second round interview with the Marketing Director a few days later. The second interview went well but I guess not well enough? Was never contacted again after the 2nd interview and had to reach out to the recruiter for any updates. The next day, I was sent an email saying I didn't get the position which I feel I never would've gotten if I didn't contact them for an update.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Merlin Entertainments in May 2021
Interview
It was a simple process. Spoke to HR during a phone screen then had a phone interview with a hiring manager where I disclosed I was pregnant. (Trying to be transparent and honest.) Even though the conversation went well, the next day I was declined from both jobs I had applied to within a few hours of each other leaving me to feel like they didn’t want to even give a pregnant woman a chance.
After a couple of months since the interview, I found the person they hired on LinkedIn who had much less experience than I offered and it felt like a slap in the face.
It did not seem like a fair process and I felt discriminated against for being an expectant mother.
