Filled in online application form and attatched C.V and Covering Letter. Recieved phone call 3 days after sending application asking basic questions such as why I want to work at Chessington and my current situation. I was then asked to attend a group interview. At the group interview we were set some actvities to carry out that involve teamwork, they were looking for people with a lot of energy and who could work well in a team. They then sat us down asked each of us to try to sell somthing that we had in our pocket. After this we had a break, we had some quick fire questionning where they asked fairly general questions and decided who they wanted to answer each questions. They often asked for examples, such as when you have dealt with a difficult customer, or how you work under pressure. The process took about two hours and the team were professional yet friendly and created a fun atmosphere where candidates could shine.
