Since I didn't apply for one specific position in this business I went in with an open mind. This employer was looking to hire across different sectors of their business, so there were easily 100 people in for an interview. The interview itself was a 1 on 1 interview, more casual. It took place in a room where other interviews were happening simultaneously.
