I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Merlin Entertainments in Apr 2019
Interview
Easy face to face communication, simple money test on computer. Asked about flexibility in schedule especially for the summer. Didn’t ask too much about experience more of if we can work with a high volume of guests
Chaotic interview, weird lock test, no instructions, unfair cuts,
A lot of people. The first step was group presentation. Then came a test, it was ridiculous. They asked us to unlock some kind of high-altitude safety lock. Who would know how to do that without any instructions? No hints, nothing.Wasted so much time, ten interviewers came in just to call out names. Half the people were told to leave because they "weren’t suitable."
based on what? Just because someone couldn’t unlock a weird safety device? The whole thing was poorly managed and completely disorganised.
