Online application + assessment centre. At the assessment centre there were around 15 applicants and we needed to bring an object that best describes as and some group activities such as creating an ad for a product they sell, a short presentation about their offer based on a text that we received, logical exercise. After this, we were split in 2 group, one group went forward for individual intervies and the other one went home.

The interview started where we each gave a minute presentation on an object that we were told to bring. then we were put into 2 groups of 4 we had to read a scenario to do with a woman being murdered and decide who was most responsible and who was least. we did this on our own then discussed in our groups. we then had to tell the other group why we chose what we did. Then we were put in another room while they talked. 3 people were called out 2 of them were 16 and another was over 50 and they were told they hadn't got the job the rest of us were interviewed in groups of 3 with 2 people interviewing us. The staff were very friendly.
