Filled in online application, they emailed me the next day saying they would like to meet me. Booked an interview slot online, told group assessment and interview would last about 2 hours. Also told to bring an object that represents myself and prepare to talk about it in front of the group. The initial stage is standing in front of the group, talking for a minute or two about yourself and the object and why you want to work there. Then we had a group assessment building things with Lego to represent a set task. Apparently, there should have been another assessment, but it was a small group, do they didn't need to do this. This was then followed by an individual interview. Was told they would phone me with job offer in 2-3 days.
