Interview
Audition consists of ice-breaker games followed by an improvisation workshop (freeze tag etc) and script work. May be asked to read a script, do a character animation activity or learn a short dance. Often followed by a short discussion.
The interview process was fast and easy, not a lot of challenging questions. They seamed to value people over the relevant skill sets for the job, being good with children, having patience's and a huge imagination was there top priority's
