video interview of basic question of how to handler stressfull situation. it doesnt take a genius to lie and get pass the first part, real easy question. After the video interview with the basic question you pretty much get schedule for training to and be on time .

Interview

1st round was a group interview, where the whole role/benefits/company is laid out for you. Pays $12/hr and the schedule is 4x10's. An aptitude test is given after the initial round table questions - mainly consisting of time conversions and crew duty times.
