Giving a 1 hour (including questions) webinar to future potential team: topic of your choice. 5. two additional peer-level informational interviews via phone 6. Travelling to Headquarters for in person interviews with (3), a senior person at the company, and an HR representative. 7. Informal salary negotiations 8. Receipt of offer letter and acceptance Steps 1-4 took about four weeks, steps 4-7 took another four weeks, and step 8 took another three-four weeks.
