Travelling to Headquarters for in person interviews with (3), a senior person at the company, and an HR representative. 7. Informal salary negotiations 8. Receipt of offer letter and acceptance Steps 1-4 took about four weeks, steps 4-7 took another four weeks, and step 8 took another three-four weeks.
