I applied through the website. After 1 week, I got a phonecall from the hiring manager. He invited me for a job interview. The job interview seemed to be unstructured. He explained a lot about the company and a workday of an intern and did not ask much questions about my cv and expectations. Most of the time I sat there listening, instead of talking.
