Interview

Had a phone interview followed by an assessment centre. The phone interview involved them asking various questions about past experience and scenario questions such as "Describe a time you coped well under pressure". The assessment centre was very busy including three stages that tested your ability to work together and individually.

The most difficult part was trying to set yourself apart from the rest of the candidates at the assessment centre. There were approximately 8 of us so it got very loud and unorganised.

I had to submit a CV, then complete a telephone interview before the assessment centre. In the assessment centre there were two 1:1 interviews as well as two group tasks. There was no personal interview per se, more role play and situational testing.
