Was emailed first with 3 questions to answer: why you want to get into recruitment, why you think you are suitable and why Michael Page. After answering these qus, I was invited for a face to face interview. This involved an intro to recruitment, some typical interview questions followed by two tasks which was to sell a pen and the other was role playing.

The role play (cold calling) was a little difficult as I personally had no experience in cold calling.

3 stage interview process, first is a telephone interview discussing your skills, second with a director and third senior director. The second and third stage were quite long winded, they want to really get to know you and how you would cope under pressure

2 phone Interview + 1 assessment centre. The first phone was about 5 minutes for a brief self-introduction, then they booked the next phone interview a day later. The second one is official interview which were some competency questions and deeper additional questions according to your answer.
