Simple, ask questions like what would you do in a situation where you had a bad experience with a customer and what did you do. Are more interested if you have any art-related hobbies
The interview was Short and sweet. He asked about my experience. I Declined the offer because I misplaced my social security card and just my ID was not sufficient enough. Anyone could probably land this job.
