I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michaels in Oct 2012
Interview
The application was rather long, online assessments. Basic questions and a short problem solving section. It was timed. I later called to follow up on the application process, and I talked to the manager over the phone and scheduled an interview. It was just one meeting, the said they would contact me to fill out paper work next. It went pretty well. It was a comfortable setting with openness to ask any questions I wanted.
