I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Vienna, VA) in Aug 2011
Interview
I spoke with a lady from the Michaels in Vienna about a potential position working there as a replenishment/sales associate. I got my interview the next day and spoke with the manager there. He was very on point and had me fill out a few forms here and there; one of them being the consent to a background check. I spoke to him about my skill sets and how each unique one would be an asset to the company. After, he offered me the position on the condition that I passed my background check. Two days later, I cleared said background check and started working the next day.
