The interview process went very smooth and the interviewer was very friendly. In essence, she told me what positions were available and a basic run down on what I would be doing in that position as well as the hours required. Based on how many hours she could give me, I had to decline otherwise I probably would have accepted.

Interview
I went in and told an associate I was there for an interview. She told me to wait in the arts and craft room. After about 5 minutes of waiting the manager came in and introduced himself. He asked me basic questions and we were done in less than 10 minutes. I was very nervous (first interview) but I started feeling comfortable as soon as I met him. He said that they will probably call me the next day. ( I'm submitting this the same day as the interview so I do not know if they want to hire me thats why Iput no offer)

Interview
I talked to the manager when I first saw that they had an opening. He told me to fill out the online application and call when I was finished. I got an interview a few days later. I came a little early and I was told to wait in the classroom. I was then brought into the office and was interviewed by the store and framing managers. Even though it was my first job interview, it was actually pretty easy. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was told I would get the position after the background check, which actually took a pretty long time.
