Interview
I called beforehand about a seasonal position and they told me to come in and speak to the store manager. I went in around 1-2 pm and spoke with the store manager and he put me in a classroom. They made me wait around an hour because the other manager who wasn't going to interview me didn't come in, and the store manager came himself to ask me questions after many apologies. Overall interview experience was quick and positive, he simply told me "Tell me about yourself." And I spoke about where I was going to college and what experience with customers and art I had in the past. Then he asked me if I had any questions.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
