I got a phone call asking to schedule an interview date a couple weeks after I applied. At the interview he just asked me basic questions like what my strengths and weaknesses were and offered me a position on the spot.
Easy and hard but then I did the thing and i learned that every time, The interviewer asked me general behavioral questions, didn't seem too hard but wasn't too easy. interesting energy.
