I applied through other source. I interviewed at Michaels (Southern Pines, NC) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview was very casual and easygoing. I was told I didn’t need any experience framing and that I would recover all training on site. I got a good feel for the way my new manager interacts with staff and customers alike. The interview was light and easy. There were no intrusive questions. The manger is kind, personable and highly motivated. I already really wanted this job but as soon as I sat down with the manager I knew it would be a perfect fit!

Very calm, friendly, and asked questions about handling customers and getting creative. They like for you to have experience with design and color theory. I enjoyed the interview and it did not take long to get hired as I walked in the store, scheduled an interview by about the next week.
