First, I didn't even apply for this position. I applied to be a cashier and wasn't told until I was in the room to interview. My interview was supposed to be at 2:30. I got there at 15 minutes early and the manager didn't come get me until after 3 so I had to wait way too long. The whole time I could see her talking and laughing with an employee but when I did get in the interview room, she was very nice. The questions were all very easy, basic interview questions like 'tell me about yourself' and your greatest strengths and weaknesses. It was very short too, about 10-15 minutes.
