Applied online. Got a call back did a phone interview which was pretty long and drawn out and you are asked to come in and talk with a hiring manager and they walk you around the warehouse but definitely only shows you the easy positions. Asks basic interview questions then wait a few days for your background check and then once it comes back they call you for your orientation date.

It was easy no problem with interviewing great company to work for and made a lot a friends greats benefits and pay time off when available training and CEO’s training was available when need it

Great! Received a tour of the facility and was asked many questions pertaining to the job. I thought the staff and team was professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable in their area.

Individual interviews are done first. Orientation is done in small groups and covers a lot of information in about 3 - 4 hours. One of the main things stressed is punctuality and dependability.
