Interview
I showed up around 10 minutes early, asked the nearest associate where i could find the manager and that i had a interview, she told me to head on back to the classrooms where they hold interviews and that the manager will be with me in a minute. when she came i shook her hand and introduced myself, she had me sit down and we talked for a minute, and then she explained what job i would be doing, asked me a few questions, asked about my experience and if i would be comfortable teaching classes sometimes. asked if i would be okay with her submitting background check, and if it was all okay i would be called to come to orientation.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
