I was brought in along with another employee who was interviewing for an overnight stock position. Specifically, I was brought in as an experiment with the online test we had taken. I had scored very low on the online test, so they brought me in to see how I would perform. This is opposed to the other person they brought in who had scored very high on the test. Recently, the manager had taken the test for the same position and received a low score, hence why they wished to interview me. In the end, they had decided that the test marked me down as overqualified for the job, and I would have received positive scores had I interviewed for a management position instead. All-in-all the process was very simple. They looked at my resume and asked questions based on what was listed.
