I was approached by head hunter during huge career fairs. I was asked to solve IQ test and a test on general programming skills / computer science. I got results on site and got invited to leave my contact information. 2nd part was interview on company office. Interviewer was very surprised that I'm looking for a job here, he told that there is lot of work for computer programmers everywhere. He was trying to understand why I applied to this job (I didn't, I was approached during job fairs). Unfortunately, most of the interview was showing big eyes and defending my career history, I had no chance to show my programming skills. I had one puzzle to solve at the end, which was quite hard.
