I am very sorry to hear about your experience, this is not the candidate experience we strive to create. I would love to understand your experience more. From your write up, it seems that you may have been working with an agency who partners with our recruiting team at times - and in some cases, agencies may not have all the knowledge they need to represent the context around a job - our communications are not perfect. That being said, we are committed to fair practices and to creating an experience that is good for our candidates and our company and a focus on fitting the right people to the right job.
