I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MicroStrategy (Tysons Corner) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. one phone interview with a recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and then an in person interview which was three separate 30 minute sessions. One with a senior member of the team, one with the hiring manager, and one with the VP over the department. They gave me the benefits package upon arrival to the in-person interview which I thought meant that I would definitely receive an offer but I was wrong.

Interview
I got to the first round and it was an immediate red flag: online tests. If you talk to ANYONE who works in HR or Recruiting, they absolutely detest random online testing.
The job I applied for wanted 3 years of experience. I have six. I could go on about my qualifications, but nobody wants to hear that. I took all their online tests and got an auto rejection a few days later. It was three 30 minute tests which were basically a waste of my time. The analytics test reminded me of the SAT, the questions asked are not relevant to practical Customer Success experience at all. Very disappointing. I logged on to make this review and saw the company has a pretty awful rating, so I guess I dodged a bullet. Still annoyed they WASTED MY TIME.

Interview
After the initial phone screening, I had multiple interviews to meet different members of the company and the team. It was a very efficient application process, the recruiters and the HR department were very helpful and quick to react to my questions.
I was asked questions about my previous job experience and to provide examples of situations, where I solved a problem/contributed to the success of a customer etc.
