Very fast interview process. First contact after application was an online set of 4 test & puzzles. Included finding patterns, judging the best bar graph coloring, and math puzzles. They seem to be screening based in an IQ test. Following that, the initial HR phone screen was very light and basic. They then scheduled me for 3 follow-up 30 min interviews a few days later. HR told me they like to do all 3 back-to-back. First real interview was a video call the day after talking to HR. I have never seen a company run through an interview so fast. Felt like they were looking for something specific. Received a rejection letter the day after the 1st interview. The following 2 interviews weren't formally canceled, but the join link didn't work. Extremely fast process- gave me the impression they want to do as many interviews as possible looking for something they weren't openly asking for.
