There were a total of 3 rounds.
The first round was a video chat with the HR recruiter who asked a couple of behavioral questions to understand my background. I then proceeded to the next round to speak with the hiring manager and senior manager who went over my technical experience. Most of the questions were behavioral but they did ask a brainteaser question at the end.
The last round was with the VP who similarly asked behavioral questions and wanted to understand why I wanted the position and be a part of Microstrategy. This was more of a "culture-fit" type of interview.
Everyone I met with throughout the recruiting process was positive and friendly. I ended up not accepting the position due to salary expectations not being met.

My resume is exactly what this position was describing with all the skills, etc. I actually have more years of experience than what they ask for.
I was turned down because I don't know a software, that actually can be learned in 3-4 hours. just giving a stupid reason... I wonder who they hire for these positions.... or actually the HR don't know what the heck they are doing! no wonder why there is so much unemployment.... HR know nothing of the industry.
