I heard about the position from a friend, sent in my resume and got a phone interview about a week and a half later. About a week after the phone interview, I had an in person interview at headquarters where I met with four different people, and the interviews lasted between 30-45 minutes each. The questions were not too difficult, mainly because I was applying right out of college and had little experience in the industry.
