Interview
Three 30 minute interviews conducted by different people. Not a very technical process at all. There was a role play session as well. There was an emphasis on culture and team attitude.
3 stages broken into recruiter call, meeting with a manager and the final with a director

Understanding the Microsoft ecosystem and leveraging partners to scale deals
Ability to thrive in ambiguity
Solid understanding and knowledge of the UK market

The whole process consisted of the following:
First is was an HR interview, then a manager interview, then a technical interview, then a team fit interview (with colleagues) and lastly a director level interview.

Mainly use case questions. For the manager interview: if a customer said they thought Microsoft was too complex, what would you do? Technical interview, was questions on e.g. if a customer had this challenge - what would you suggest.
